Mail Exchange and Return Policy
First: General conditions for exchange and return
- The product must be in its original sealed packaging from the seller (closed and locked box).
- The packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- All original labels and trademarks are present on the product and packaging.
- The product must not have been used, washed, or otherwise benefited from.
- The product must not be in poor condition due to misuse or damage after receipt.
Second: Return Policy
- The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 3 days of the date of receiving the order.
- The general conditions outlined above must apply.
- The customer bears the full shipping cost upon return, even if shipping was offered free of charge at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse or that do not meet the conditions will not be returned.
- If the product sent is different due to an error on the part of the store, Mail Store will bear the return shipping fees.
- The money will be refunded to the customer within 7-24 business days from the arrival of the goods at the store's warehouses.
- If the customer enters incorrect delivery data or an incorrect mobile number, resulting in failure or delay in delivery, and then requests reshipment, the customer will bear the full additional shipping cost of 19 riyals .
Third: Replacement Policy
- The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 5 days of the date of receiving the order.
- Replacement is only permitted in the following cases:
- The product did not match the order.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- Inappropriate size (alternative size available).
- The product must meet all the general conditions above.
- The first exchange is free (subject to conditions).
- Any further replacements thereafter are subject to a fee of 19 Saudi Riyals .
- If a size change is requested and the size sent matches the order, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. However, if the size sent by the store is incorrect, the store is responsible for the shipping cost.
Fourth: Steps to submit a return or exchange request
- Contact the customer service team via:
- Please provide us with the following information:
- order number.
- Images showing the condition of the product and packaging.
- The request will be reviewed within 2-3 business days .
- After approval, the receipt or dispatch of the replacement product will be arranged as appropriate.
Fifth: Refunds
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7-24 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- If payment is made upon receipt , the amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer . Please provide us with the bank account details to complete the refund process.
- The refund will be processed within 7-24 business days of the goods arriving at the store's warehouses.
- Shipping fees (round trip) are borne by the customer and amount to 38 riyals, even in the case of free shipping upon purchase, unless the mistake is from the store, in which case Mile Store will bear the cost.
- The cash on delivery service fee is non-refundable and is 25 riyals.
- In the event of a return or exchange of part or all of the order, the customer bears the shipping cost if the products are in good condition. If the mistake is from the store, the cost is on the customer.
